3. Eligibility and User Requirements

3.1 Age Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent

3.2 Jurisdiction

16. Termination

• Delete your account through account settings
• Outstanding obligations remain after termination

16.2 Termination by Zhudejia

• We may terminate or suspend access for Terms violations
• Suspension may be immediate for serious violations
• Reasons for termination will be provided when possible

17. Modification of Services

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services
• Notice of material changes will be provided
• Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance
• Features may be added, removed, or changed at any time

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing legal action, you agree to contact support@zhudejia.com to attempt good faith resolution.

18.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of People's Republic of China, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

18.3 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nanjing, China.

18.4 Arbitration

For disputes, you may choose either arbitration or litigation as permitted by applicable law.
